丸腸とホルモンの違い！

『丸ちょう味噌ダレ』　と　『ね... 『丸ちょう味噌ダレ』　と　『ねぎホルモン』 『丸ちょう味噌ダレ』 『丸ちょう味噌ダレ』 『ねぎホルモン』　いわゆる大腸... 『ねぎホルモン』　いわゆる大腸のことでシマチョウとも言います！ 『ねぎホルモン（大腸）』　 『ねぎホルモン（大腸）』　

『丸ちょう味噌ダレ』　と　『ねぎホルモン（シマチョウor大腸）』　の2種類のホルモン料理です！

【丸腸】
　　「小腸」　を裏返したものです。　油の付いてるほうが小腸の外側です！
　　切り開いたホルモンと比べると、焼いたとき油が中に閉じこめられるので、
　　食べるとジュワ～っと口の中にひろがってとても美味しい！
【シマチョウ】
　　「大腸 」　のことで、一般には　「ホルモン」　と呼ばれています！
　　小腸よりは脂が乗ってませんが、乗っている脂の味は何とも言えない旨味を持っています。
