大阪泉州特産の 「水なす」

ぬか漬けが美味しくて、みずみずしさが特徴ですが・・・ 

包丁で切らずに手で裂くほうが美味しいのですが・・・ 生姜醤油が合います♪

  ★これは生の水ナスをそのまま切ったものです! 一味と醤油で食べました♪
