アワビ茸の鉄板焼き！

さかなでいっぱいの料理です！

この日は沖縄県宮古島産の　「アワビ茸」　です！

【アワビ茸】
　　ヒラタケ科、ヒラタケ属の菌類。食用キノコの一種。
　　パイリング、白霊茸（ハクレイタケ）、雪嶺茸（ユキレイタケ）とも呼ばれる。
　　強い香りとシコシコとした食感を持つ。この食感がアワビのもつそれと似ているため、
　　このように名付けられた。日本原産ではなく、中国大陸から近年入ってきたキノコである。

初めて食べましたがヒラタケを大きく歯応えをよくした食感！
