肉厚なハモの塩焼き！ 肉厚なハモの塩焼き！ 5㎏近い特大ハモ！ ハモの造り！ ハモの造り！ 5㎏近い特大ハモ！

大分県の県南、佐伯に上がった天然活ハモ！

何と！ 5キロ近い特大のハモとか！ （まだ大きな物が有るとか！）

それを塩焼きと造りにしてもらいました♪

塩焼きは骨切りはしてませんが食べやすく、とても美味しい♪

造りの方は骨切りをして皮目は軽く炙っています♪

★城崎町にある「彩懐（さいかい）」でいただきました♪
