大分県産冠地どり！

とても美味しい大分県産の冠地鶏の　「もも肉」　と　「皮」　です！

もも肉はもちろん皮も脂身がとても甘くて美味しいのです♪

【冠地どり（かんむりじどり）とは】
　大分県産ブランド地鶏で日本国内初となる烏骨鶏を主に５種の鶏を交配。
　毛冠が烏骨鶏の特長を受け継いでいるので“冠地どり”と命名！
　旨い・安い・柔らかいの三拍子が揃った地鶏です！
