イワシの造り！

住吉の　「かこも」　の料理です！

この時期おいしいイワシの造りです♪

かこもらしいひと手間入れてます！　

イワシの中骨を骨せんべいのようにカラッと揚げて添えてます♪

　　★イワシも美味しいが、骨せんべいがカりカリで美味しい♪

鰯を生で食べられるなんていいですねぇ～
こちらでは無理です
鮮度の落ちるのが速い、弱いさかなですもんね
