この料理は　「かこも」　の　『北海道産秋刀魚の造り』　です！

この見事な盛り付けは元人気の日本料理店で修行を積んだ中島マスターならではの盛り付けです！

秋刀魚の造り以外にあしらいを使い中骨は骨せんべいにし、皮の部分は串に巻きつけて提供！

見事としか言いようのない盛り付けですし、女性に受ける提供の仕方です！

　　★立ち呑みの店でこんな盛り付け料理が出る店は流行らない訳がありません！♪
