スルメイカとイチジクの煎りだし...

こちらも　「かこも」　の料理です！

スルメイカリングとイチジクに衣をつけて揚げ、出汁と一緒にいただきます！

イカとイチジクの甘みのバランスが絶妙です！　

　　　★これもかこもらしい上品で美味しい料理です♪

　　【煎りだし】
　　　　カツオ出汁に薄口醤油、みりん等で作ったお出汁ですっきりした味です。
