水イカの一夜干し！ 水イカの一夜干し！

大分では 「水いか」 関西では 「アオリイカ」 「モイカ」 ともよばれる！

イカの中では高級なイカでどんな食べ方でも美味しい♪

イカミミとゲソが安く手に入ったので、軽く塩をして一夜干しです♪

日中干しだと4～5時間程度で完成します！ あまり干しすぎはダメです！

★これを軽く炙って食べると酒の肴として最高に美味しい♪
