大好きな鶏ホルモン！

鶏肉の部位の中で一番好きなのがこれです！

「鶏ホルモン」　と言ってますが焼き鳥専門店では　「ハツモト」　と言ってます。

鶏ホルモンのひとつ！　心臓の近くにある部位なので　心臓（ハツ）の元（モト）でハツモトと！

　　　　★これが弾力と甘味と旨味が重なりとても美味しい♪

『ハツ元 』　
　ハツ（心臓）の上部でつなぎ目の部位。 ハツを冠しているが、味や食感、脂ののり具合は全くの別物と言って良いほど異なる。
　カン（血管）、つなぎ、赤ひも、心残り等とも呼ばれる。　背肝とはまた違います！
