大分の赤ダルマで食べたカンパチの造りです♪

きれいなピンク色をしてます！

マスターに言わせると7kg以上ないとこの色は出ないとか！

身がしまり、上品な甘みと旨味が♪ 今まで食べたカンパチの中では最高です！
