今話題の養殖マス！

いま全国各地で養殖されていて美味しいと話題のマス（ヤマメ）です！

これは姫路市家島諸島で養殖されているブランド魚の　「白鷺サーモン」　です！

サケ・マス類の中では高級で一番美味しいとされるマス！

マスはヤマメが川から海で育ち銀化したもので、今では天然物はほとんど口にすることはできない幻の魚です！

他には　「淡路産サクラマス」 　や　「神戸サーモン」　などがあります。

　　　★脂が乗ってますがサーモンよりあっさりしてて上品で美味しい♪
