大名竹の天ぷら！ 大名竹の天ぷら！ 大名竹の天ぷら！

今が旬の竹の子の王様と言われる美味しい竹の子です 『大名タケ』

皮はとても固いが身は柔らかいこの時期だけ出回る竹の子です！

少し灰汁がありますが灰汁抜きはしなくてもよく生でも食べることができます。

天ぷらや焼き竹の子が美味しく香りがよく甘味がありとても美味しい♪

　　★あっさりと塩でいただきます♪
