水ナスの刺身！

水ナスはぬか漬が一般的な食べ方ですが、

新鮮な水ナスはそのままスライスして食べても美味しい♪

水ナスは水分が多く皮が柔らかくジューシーでフルーツのような味が！

★生姜醤油で食べるのが美味しい♪ （by：ぱねぱね）
