ご夫婦で年中無休のマイペースで営んでいます。

★メニューは無くネタはどれも厳選され、シャリはやや柔らかく酢は控えめ、どれを食べても唸るほど旨い♪

★50年以上使ってる冷蔵庫は氷を入れて冷やす木製冷蔵庫が現役で頑張っています！おひつも時代を感じさせます！
