「赤兎馬」　に合う料理は今まで沢山紹介してきましたが！　今回はこれです！

『鶏ホルモン』　　鶏の心臓の接続部位で、「つなぎ」　とか　「ハツモト（心臓の元）」　とかいわれます！

弾力となんとも言えない食感で味がとても良く美味しいです♪　芋焼酎によく会います♪
