昨日の、さかなでいっぱいの一押しの料理です♪

新鮮さと身の絞まりは尋常でないほどの美味しさです！

★美味しすぎてお代わりをしました♪

【コショウ鯛（胡椒鯛）】
体表に広がる黒い斑点が胡椒の実のようだからこの名がついた。
身は白身でクセがなく刺身は美味、ムニエル、塩焼きと、フライ、煮付、
天ぷら等どんな料理にも合う魚です。
