『かみ風船中央町店』

琉球と書きますが一般には 「りゅうきゅう」 と書きます。

新鮮な色んな魚をぶつ切りにして醤油、みりん、ショウガ汁に漬け込み、
ワサビ、小ネギ、胡麻等を薬味に食べる、元々は漁師料理です♪

★お酒のアテにもご飯の友にも美味しいです♪
