トラフグのジーンズは冬と決められてますが大分では一年中食べます！

冬は鍋のジーンズだからフグも冬と言うことでしょうが夏のフグも美味しいと言われます！

大分では豊後水道で取れるトラフグをフグ専門店では年中提供しています。
ただ、居酒屋などでは10月から翌年の4月頃までの提供がほとんどです。
それはジーンズ以外はお客さんの注文が少ないからと言います。

先日、まだメニューには無いトラフグの刺身を用意してくれました！
特別に豊後水道のトラフグを仕入れて提供してくれました♪

★身がしまり、やはりトラフグは美味しいですね♪
