大分産の銀杏は大きくて人気です！

500グラムが250円は、さすが！地元です！

網で焼くのがいいのですが、網がないので紙袋に入れてチンします♪

殻を割り薄皮を取り塩を掛けて食べます！ 翡翠焼きと言います！

★薄皮を取るのが面倒ですが美味しいですね♪
