これもニューミュンヘン北大使館でいただく料理です。

『かに爪のフリッター（3個） ・１，２７６円』　3個でこの値段はちょっとお高いですが美味しいです♪

引き締まった筋繊維がぎっしりと詰まったカニの爪を、ふんわりと軽い衣で揚げたミュンヘン自慢の味です。
