カボスが青い時期はもう終わります！

カボスは柑橘系ですので青から黄色く熟れてきます！

青いほうが果汁は出にくいが香りは最高です！　黄色カボスは香りは弱いが果汁がたくさん出ます！

果汁をたくさん取って　「かぼすポン酢」　を作るには黄色カボスが最適です♪

　　★青カボスで大分の麦焼酎をいただきます♪
