徳島は鳴門の本場の活鯛です！

生きの良い活鯛ですので松皮造りに！　　これは美味しい♪　お代わりしました♪

【松皮造りあるいは皮霜造り】
　皮ごと食べる場合に、皮の部分に熱湯をかけ、ただちに冷水で冷やしたものを刺身にすること。
　皮がやわらかくなり、生臭みが取れ食べやすくなる。
　皮霜にした鯛の皮が松の外皮に似るところから。　⇒皮霜造り
