どれも、ばっくすの定番メニューです❗

豆腐屋が作った「味噌漬け」はしょっぱくなくマイルドで食べやすく美味しい♪

イカゲソは酒のアテになるように甘辛くソテーされこれもまた美味しい♪

湯葉はマスターの友人の豆腐屋が作ったまろやかな湯葉で人気があり美味しい♪

　　★たくさんある料理の中でこれは特に酒に合う料理です❗
