協会１号酵母は別名「櫻正宗酵母」と言われる灘の名門蔵元『櫻正宗』

創醸は寛永二年（1625年）、なんと！400年近い歴史ある蔵元です❗

日本酒名で「正宗」と付いた銘柄が多くありますが、その発祥がこの蔵です❗

また酒造りに重要な仕込み水！その「宮水」の発見蔵としても有名です❗

　　『櫻正宗 秋あがり 純米原酒』　櫻正宗酒造 （神戸市東灘区魚崎南町）
