「串屋 長右衛門」の人気料理です！

「はねみ」羽根身＝鶏の羽根に近いところの肉、胸肉ではありません。
　　　　　　　弾力がありとても美味しい♪

この「はねみ」の刺し身と「ももたたき」二種類の盛り合わせです！

はねみはワサビ醤油で、ももたたきは紅葉下ろしポン酢でいただきます♪
