昭和４８年（1973年）２月１１日に開店して今年で４８年目になります。

マスター（松平寿史）の伯父は、あの、高嶋忠夫　寿美花代さんです。
　　　　　（マスターの結婚の仲人をされました）

マスターは花里のあとを継ぐまでは、京都の超有名な料理屋 「京都 吉兆」 で修行をされた方で、
料理の腕は確かで、彼の造る料理は定評があります。
