大分では珍しい米焼酎です！

　　「ちえびじん」　　中野酒造　（大分県杵築市）

　★上品で濃く華やかな風味、優しい旨味！　素晴らしい本格米焼酎です♪

【米焼酎とは？】
　　蔵で醸された純米の酒粕を主原料に使用してます。
　　麹は、純米大吟醸と同じ種麹(黄麹)で造られ、酵母も、純米大吟醸で使用する清酒酵母を使用。
　　蒸留の際に沸点を低くして、雑味を含まない原酒を取り出すことができる減圧蒸留で仕込んだ焼酎です。
