自家製のにんにく醤油に、
更におろしにんにく、おろし生姜、ごま油、ゴマ、酒、砂糖、鷹の爪のタレを作り漬け込みます。

　　★酒のアテよりご飯の友！　食べ頃は２週間先です♫　よくつけたほうが美味しい♫
