自家製の『にんにく醤油』　

これが自家製の　『にんにく醤油』　です！

大分産の旨口醤油　「フンドーキン・ゴールデン紫」　ににんにくを漬け込みます！

にんにくが浮いてるのが下にさがればOKですが、使えるには半年以上掛かります。　

　　　★漬け込んだにんにくも無駄なく料理に使います！♪
