大分県は別府市内成の　『天日干し椎茸どんこ（冬菇）』　です！

２日間冷蔵庫で水戻しして　「バターソテー」　と　「含め煮」　を作りました♪

　　★椎茸の軸も捨てずに使います！
　　　　大分県は干し椎茸生産量は日本一です！

　　　　※毎年、生産農家から10kgほど送ってもらってます。
