皮を剥いたアロエをどんな料理で食べるか迷いました！

ネットで調べたらいろんな食べ方が、そのままワサビ醤油で刺身でとか、

茹でたり煮たりしてもいいようですが、オーソドックスな食べ方、

みじん切りして蜂蜜に漬け込み、ヨーグルトの中に入れて食べる方法を取りました！♪

蜂蜜と混ぜると水分が出ますが、そのまま瓶詰めにして保存します。

　★冷蔵庫で１週間は持つので必要に応じて使っていきます！♪
