今夜の酒肴はいつもの魚でいっぱいの料理です！

「ハモの湯引き酢味噌」　「アナゴの炙り」　「鯛白子の炙り」

アナゴは太田和彦さんと同じで大好きなので二人前を！

この時期の鯛の白子はフグの白子にも劣らないほど美味しいくなる時期です♪
