ホヤは久しぶりです！

今夜の酒肴はさかなでいっぱいのこれです！

「大シマアジ刺身」　「ヒラメ造り」　「活ホヤ酢の物」

活ホヤは三陸は宮城県鮫ノ浦湾の4年物アカホヤです！
ホヤはこの5月頃からがシーズンに入り美味しくなります♪

　※さかなは来週から店内営業が午後5時から10時までになります。
