今が旬で美味しいホタルイカ！

例年よりも安く出回っているようです！

主な漁場は富山湾と兵庫県香住産！

獲れ過ぎて、料亭や居酒屋の飲食店が休業でさばけなくて困っているようですね。
冷凍庫も満杯だとかの報道がありました。

目玉を取る手間がなければ、もっと手軽に食べるのですがねぇ。（笑）

そうなのですね！
豊漁だからたくさん出回ってるのだ！

コレは目玉は取ってましたが口と背骨は残ってました。（スーパー）
料理屋や飲食店では全てキレイに取って食べやすくしてます。
ひと手間入れてるだけに値段にも跳ね返りますが・・・
