StayHome　で暇で退屈なので　「アロエの蜂蜜漬け」　を作りました！

毎朝、ヨーグルトと牛乳に混ぜて飲んでます！♪

おかげで体調はすこぶる良いし2ヶ月以上家呑みだがストレスなし！　血圧も完璧！

　　★小瓶に小分けして冷蔵庫で保存すると1周間は持ちます。
