マテ貝のバター炒め！ マテ貝のバター炒め！

マテ貝が美味しい時期ですが、今年は型が小さいです！

バターで炒めて塩コショウ、ニンニク醤油が良いですね！♪

マテ貝の最大産地は大分と山口で大分は豊後高田市から杵築市辺り！

マテ貝は、穴に塩をまいてピュンと飛び出してきたのを獲るんですよね
