蒲江沖のイサキ！

佐伯市の蒲江沖の舟釣りで釣れたイサキです！

この時期までが美味しいイサキです！♪

7月頃までが美味しいとされ、「麦わらイサキ」「梅雨イサキ」とも言われる！

実家の近くの方が釣ってきたのを頂きました！

刺し身もいいけど塩焼きに！脂が乗りとても美味しい！♪
