大分から豊後牛「おおいた和牛」が送られてきました！♪

サーロインステーキ、モモ肉ブロック、バラ肉ステーキ、シマチョウ

　★早速、それぞれ料理をしていただきます！♪

大分県を代表するブランド黒毛和牛で「おおいた和牛」とは
今までの「豊後牛」とは差別化を図るための新ブランドです！
豊後和牛の中でも特に上質のA4等級以上の肉を「おおいた和牛」と呼びます！♪
