最盛期の「かぼす」が！

大分の友人から今が最盛期の「かぼす」が贈られてきました！

今年は裏作なのか生りが悪いらしい！ 自家栽培なので大小不揃いキズも多い！

　　★だが上品な香りと果汁はさすがです！♪

これから青カボスは黄色く色づき「黄カボス」　になりますが果汁はたっぷり出ます！
