カボスの最盛期、この時期はカボスも大きくなり黄色くなります！

「青かぼす」から「黄かぼす」になると果汁がたくさん出ます！

その時期が「かぼすポン酢」を作るタイミングです！

カボス果汁のまま、醤油を混ぜて「カボスポン酢」を作り小分けして冷凍します！

　★これで来年のカボス時期まで各料理に使っていきます！♪
