これは京都産の黒豆です！

丹波産黒豆を食べやすい枝豆用に改良した品種です！

豆の薄皮がうっすらと紫色で頭巾のような形から命名されました！

大粒でモチモチした食感とコクのある甘味が特徴です！♪
