干し大根で漬け物を！ 干し大根で漬け物を！

大根がおいしい時期ですね！

その大根をまるまる一本使って漬け物を作ります！

まずは5～6ミリの厚さに輪切りしてイチョウ切りします！

それを金網やざるに並べて日干しします！

この時期は丸二日間天日干しします！

さて！天日干しが済んだ大根を次の工程に！　

　　　★続きは後日アップします！♪
