【ふるさと大分の旅 No.58 令和2年11月9日】

11月になるとカボスは青色から色付いて黄色になります！

香りは弱くなりますが果汁はたっぷりと出ます！

この時期、黄色カボスを絞りカボスポン酢を作ります！

小分けして冷凍すると次のシーズンまで使用出来ます！♪

　★これは品種改良された種無しカボスです！
