いつもの馴染みの八百屋さんでミョウガの茎が手に入った！

茎と袴を別々にして茎は塩揉みして糠漬けに！

袴はさっと茹でて荒みじん切りにしてカボスポン酢のおひたしを！

どちらもとても美味しい！♪

　★ミョウガは高いが茎は安く入手でき美味しい！♪
