広島は宮島産の大きな牡蠣が手に入りました❗

生食や牡蠣フライは嫌いですのでバター醤油ソテーにしました❗

お酒のアテになるようにやや辛めに仕上げました❗

　✴️粉チーズを掛けて！旨い‼️😋✨
