Excel2010で不具合

Excel2010で起動不良の不具合の報告があります。
原因はMSが行ったUpDateです。
2019.01.02から2019.01.04までのUpdateを行うとExcel2010に
起動しない不具合が発生します。
MSのページに対応方法があります（英文）
