毎年、翌年のイカナゴのくぎ煮ように炊く山椒の実。 今年は、ハイシーズンにバタバタで、3週間も冷蔵庫の中でほったらかし。 昨日、やっと炊いたけど、ふっくら感はちょっとあせていた。 いまはもう、山椒の実も売っていないな。
