お昼はチキンソテー でした。
ひたすら皮めから焼きました。
ピンクソルトとホワイトペッパーでかるく味付け
リンゴのリキュールで蒸し焼きして
皿に盛ってエバラ焼き肉のたれ黄金の味甘口かけました。
ぷりぷりの鶏ももは美味しいな～♪
あと写真撮り忘れたけど鮭握り。
ちぐはぐなお昼でした。
