今日の朝ごはん。おにぎり
ツナマヨと韓国のりのおにぎりと
麦茶。
食べ終わったら胃痛来たー。
苦しみながら胃腸薬飲んで寝込む。
しばらくしたら落ち着いた。
何の胃痛かな～f(^_^;
